Forty percent of the world’s population are fat people who can catch a lot of diseases these days, so I think people have to exercise regularly for many reasons.
People can lose a lot of weight and increase their immunity.
First, people can feel refreshed because many chemicals called endorphins, which appear to relieve their stress, are secreted a lot when they exercise.
Second, people can make their bones and muscles become stronger because muscles tear during exercise and recover better.
Third, people can be healthy because they can lose a lot of weight and increase their immunity, which protects our bodies from viruses so they can prevent diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes.
For these reasons, I think people have to exercise so they can be healthy.
